POWDER ROOM REFRESH

This client wanted a Powder Room that would wow her guests. We updated it with a new vanity and mirror, and added some wallpaper with whimsy for dramatic effect. Now this is a space that you want to snap a mirror pic in! ​​

KITCHEN AND WET BAR REFRESH

It’s amazing what a coat of paint can do! To get this property ready for sale, we recommended that the client go with clean white finishes, in order to make this apartment feel more contemporary. White always makes things fresh and new!

KITCHEN REMODEL – REMOVE AND REPLACE

Many kitchens have good bones and a facelift is all they need. In this kitchen we kept the original layout but replaced the dark and dated cabinetry and countertops with bright white and light granite. In order to create more counter (and hangout) space we removed the cook top from the island. The double wall ovens were replaced with a new stainless steel range and microwave hood, and matching stainless dishwasher and French door fridge tied together the appliance package. What we love most this space is the addition beautiful new lighting that not only brightens the space, but also creates a beautiful focal point.

BATHROOM MAKEOVER

Small changes can go a long way. While keeping the primary fixtures (tub and countertop sinks) this bathroom was totally transformed and brightened with new tiles around the tub, new bright white cabinet facings, and new mirrors, lighting, window treatments and faucets. Drab to fab on a budget and in no time!
